States Requiring Sexual Harassment Training
Eleven states have enacted sexual harassment training mandates and seven have proposed legislation. These changes present new challenges for HR and Compliance leaders alike, who seek to both protect their workforce and their organizations from the harmful impact of inappropriate conduct.
